Cutie Pie Cousins

Blue Eyed Baby

Professional Snuggler

 I love this snuggle bear.

Hmm . . .

It is no secret my kid is naked most of the time.  Is it any surprise so many of my friends have sent this to me to be funny?!

Ugh

We have tried a little bit of everything to keep Gracie from lounging on the couches all day.  She is getting old and tends to make a mess when she sleeps.  And although I LOVE my washable white couches, I don't love washing them every single day.  So . . . enter tarps to cover them up when not in use.  She had made a big mess the day before, so I put tarps on the couch as I washed the covers.  Imagine our delight when we come in to find her not only snoozing on the couch, but wrapped up in the tarp like its a blanket.  She's a crafty one!

Toot Your Own Horn

Mom: Elliot, why in the world did you unravel and ENTIRE roll of paper towels into the floor? Elliot: I needed a horn! Sigh.

Light Up the World

Sometimes all you need is a flashlight to find entertainment for hours.  Love this little light!

Unbreakable Bond

Sometimes you just have to stop everything and snuggle with the one you love the most.  💓💓

Angels Among Us

Elliot talks to dead people.  Just like his sister did.  And my dad spends a LOT of time playing with this little boy.  Telling him stories that only Dad would know.  Today, Elliot came home and said that Papa wanted him to pick this beautiful white flower and share it with me, Sissy and Nana.  Elliot couldn't have known that this was my Dad's special thing.  To give "his girls" flowers when he went into the yard.  He often plucked a gardenia from the bush in the yard to show his love.   I can't lie . . . I feel pretty lucky he loved me so big.  And to love me enough to come down from heaven to share this little flower with us today made me feel so loved.  The joy on Elliot's face as he handed the flower to his sister melted my heart.  What a special day!

Snuggle Time

Wow

Nixon had a photography project this weekend.  And once in a while you just see a picture and think "Wow!"  I can't believe how much he has grown and changed this year.

New Home

Due to Covid, I haven't really had a "home" at work since starting in late July.  Today that all changed!  Yay to having a desk in a real office.  Welcome home!
